Alicia Hutchison is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner accredited through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her undergraduate studies at the MidAmerica Nazarene and graduate studies at the University of Kansas School of Nursing in Kansas City, graduating with honors. She has over 15 years experience in nursing. She started her nursing career in progressive care/ICU step down then a progressive care unit specializing in pulmonary hypertension. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has experience in Oncology treating melanoma and primary brain tumors, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Gerontological Advanced Practice Association. She is passionate about treating the aging population in a variety of settings to ensure quality health and a quality life. In her free time, she is an avid Kansas City sports fan and enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their spoiled English Bulldog.
