Randi Popp is a Board Certified Family Physician and has practiced primary care, geriatrics, and wound care for over 20 years. Randi grew up in Gainesville, FL and attended college at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She earned her medical degree at the University of Miami and completed a family practice residency at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Upon finishing her residency Randi fulfilled a National Health Service Corp obligation in rural South Carolina. Ironically, she is currently Medical Director at a building in the same rural community, and continues with a passion for the underserved, especially in providing wound care services to residents in post-acute facilities. Dr. Popp is very proud of the Elite Patient Care Wound Program that has been developed recently and is quickly expanding. In her spare time Dr. Popp enjoys being on the water in South Carolina, watching and playing sports, and serving as a youth advisor at her church. She is an avid Florida Gator fan and Clemson Tiger Fan with her husband and two children.
